Antonius Caviar

TuttoFood 2017

TuttoFood Fair in Milan (8th-11th May 2017) is one of the most important food events in Europe. This year, under the auspices of the association of talented young chefs – JRE, Antonius Caviar had an opportunity to present products as a part of the national stand. Besides caviar, it was possible to try i.a. Polskie Specjały spod Strzechy, Kumpiak Podlaski Ancypo, Green Spoon Oils or AleBrowar beers, and to admire ceramics from the Shadowland workshop.

TuttoFood was also the opportunity to taste exceptional dishes prepared by brilliat up-and-coming chefs. We particularly appreciate Adrian Klonowski, the chef of the Metamorfoza restaurant in Gdansk, whose culinary proposals impressed invited guests. There was also a dish with Antonius Caviar – unusual combination of caviar with marrow and edible flowers.
